UPDATING YOUR DETAILS
Please remember to let Railpen know, if you have changed your bank or building society account, or if you move house or change your email address.
You can update your details online if you’re registered with PenNet. If you’re not registered and would like to sign up, please click here and follow the instructions.
If you would prefer to deal directly with Railpen, please contact the team in writing by email or post and quote either your payroll number or your National Insurance number. Please make it clear that you receive your pension from the National Grid Electricity Group of the ESPS.
Please note that as the payroll is processed in advance of the actual pay date, you should update PenNet or give Railpen as much notice as possible of any changes so that they can be made in time.
