Annual Report & Financial Statements
The Annual Report & Financial Statements are produced as at 31 March each year and made available online in the autumn (click here). The following Group documents are also available on request:
- Schedule of Contributions – which defines how much the employer and the employees contribute.
- Statement of Investment Principles – which sets out the Group Trustee’s principles regarding the Group's investments.
- Engagement Policy Implementation Statement – which sets out the actions undertaken by the Group Trustee, its service providers and investment managers, to implement the stewardship policy set out in the Statement of Investment Principles (SIP)
- The NGEG TCFD 2023 – TCFD reporting aims to provide better-informed decision-making on climate risks and transparency to improve accountability. The annual TCFD report covers disclosure reporting across each of the four TCFD pillars (governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics and targets).
